This is another Example of ABSTRACT which is needed by student whom learn English in UNIROW (maybe other too). The Abstract is only an example. You had to create your own Abstract and copying this words, sentences and anything from this blog is not recommended. Always asking for permission before doing so and I would likely going to give you permission. Here is the example of the Abstract.
Research with the title “Error Analysis on Verb “be” in the Composition Written by Students of UNIROW TUBAN is a research about the student’s ability on grammatical rule especially on the use of the verb “be” in their written composition.
To be in English is very important element in studying structure, because structure in English is different from Indonesian. English has many tenses. It’s divided based on the time and trait of event but Indonesian doesn’t have it. That’s the reason because the writer takes this material as on object of the research. It is also because as far as she knows there is no one who did this research before.
The activity of using the verb “be” has been taught at University and it’s useful for students. Besides that, this the writer wishes by this research, the students able to use the verb “be” in their composition correctly.
The purpose of the research are to know how far the errors on the use of the verb “be” in the composition are made by Students of UNIROW TUBAN and what is the way to climate the errors on the use of the verb “be” in the composition written by Students of UNIROW TUBAN.
The instruments which are used to collect the data in this research are test and observation. In test the researcher asked the students to make composition directly and in observation, the writer observes the students’ composition sentence by sentence. Then she analyses the sentences having errors especially in using the verb “be”.
Based on the research, the researcher concludes that the students have error of omission the verb “be” before adjective are 9 students or 30%; 3 students or 10% have error of omission the verb “be” before noun; Students have error of omission the verb “be” before adverb are 2 students or 6,7%; 6,7% or 2 students have error of omission the verb “be” before Verb+ing in the present Continuous tense; 3 students or 10% have error of omission “be” before Verb+ing in the Past Continuous tense; Students have error of omission verb “be” before Verb+ing in the Future Continuous Tense are 2 students or 6,7%; 6 students or 20% have error in misuse of the Verb “be” in Active sentences; 13% or 4 students have error of omission “be” in passive sentences.
So the students of UNIROW TUBAN still make errors on the use of Verb “be” in the written composition with the highest error of omission “be” before adjective and the lowest error of omission “be” before Verb+ing in the Future Continuous Tense.
